Brushed DC gear motor with a Hall or GMR encoder for speed measurement in self-balancing cars and ROS robots.

Watch the video to demonstrate the use of motor in one-wheel balancing. The main difference between the two encoders is that the accuracy of the GMR encoder is 38 times that of the Hall encoder, Compared to Hall encoders, it performs much better at low speeds and has the magnetic stability of Hall encoders.
