Product listings, prices, stock levels, and delivery estimates may change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse orders when pricing, inventory, fraud, supplier, or fulfillment issues are identified.

You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or added costs caused by incorrect address details supplied at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Shipping charges, taxes, and final totals are shown during checkout. Refunds and return eligibility are governed by our refund policy and delivery expectations are described in our shipping policy.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with checkout or account systems, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected storefront data, or use the storefront for unlawful activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polar Parts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the storefront, shipping delays, third-party service outages, or supplier-related issues. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the storefront after updates take effect means you accept the revised terms.
