Terms of service

Product listings, prices, stock levels, and delivery estimates may change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse orders when pricing, inventory, fraud, supplier, or fulfillment issues are identified.

Sometimes an order looks like it was placed by mistake, such as a quantity or pack size that costs far more per piece than a bigger pack of the same part. Sometimes we find a better deal on the same part, or the exact option can't be shipped and an equivalent one can. In those cases we may send the better or equivalent option instead. You never pay more for the change, and we email you to say what you ordered and what we're sending. If you'd rather have exactly what you ordered, reply to that email within 14 days of delivery and we'll either send what you ordered or take the item back for a full refund, at no cost to you.

This is a courtesy, not a promise. We don't check every order, and choosing the right option is up to you: an order filled with the option you picked was filled correctly, even if you meant a different one. Returns for a wrong pick follow the refund policy, and end 14 days after delivery.

You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or added costs caused by incorrect address details supplied at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Shipping charges, taxes, and final totals are shown during checkout. Refunds and return eligibility are governed by our refund policy and delivery expectations are described in our shipping policy.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with checkout or account systems, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected storefront data, or use the storefront for unlawful activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the storefront, shipping delays, third-party service outages, or fulfillment-related issues. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the storefront after updates take effect means you accept the revised terms.
