Shipping policy

This store currently ships only to Canadian addresses. Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 weeks. Delivery estimates shown on each product page are best-effort guidance and not guaranteed arrival dates.

Most of the catalog is eligible for free shipping, and each eligible product page says so. Eligible items ship free when the eligible items in your cart total $20 or more before tax. A cart made up of many low-priced parts needs more than $20 of them. Until the eligible items get there, each one pays its own shipping, and the cart shows how much more of eligible items would make them ship free. Items that aren't eligible don't count toward that total and keep their own shipping charge. There is no order-wide free-shipping threshold.

Items that don't ship free are charged their supplier's shipping quote for your Canadian address, per item, usually a few dollars to about $15 depending on the item. Product pages show an estimate when one is available. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are calculated before payment during checkout using the destination address, so you can review the full order total before placing the order.

Most items ship directly from our supplier partners, so an order with items from different suppliers can arrive in separate packages. Some orders may also ship in more than one package depending on item availability, packaging requirements, or fulfillment location.

Tracking details are shared after an order is processed and shipped. If a carrier delay, address issue, or damaged parcel affects delivery, contact support through the contact page.
