How Polar Parts handles your data.

Last updated: March 16, 2026. This policy explains what information we collect when you browse the storefront, create an account, place an order, or contact support.

We collect the information you provide directly, including your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. We also collect limited technical data needed to run the store, such as session identifiers, device information, and basic analytics or server logs.

We use this information to operate the storefront, authenticate your account, process payments, calculate shipping, send order updates, prevent fraud, and respond to support requests. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by Polar Parts.

We share order and account data only with service providers needed to run the store, such as Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, email providers for transactional messages, and fulfillment or supplier platforms needed to ship your order.

If you sign in with Google, your Google account authentication is handled through Supabase Auth and Google. We receive the account identity details required to create or access your customer account, such as your email address.

We do not sell your personal information. We retain order and account data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the business, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our store policies.
