About this part

The ESP32-CAM is a small Wi-Fi development board with camera support and a TF card slot, built for projects that capture images and upload them over Wi-Fi, such as a remote camera that saves photos to a card. It runs FreeRTOS with the lwIP network stack and can act as a Wi-Fi station, an access point or both at once.

  • Dual-core 32-bit CPU at up to 240 MHz (up to 600 DMIPS), with 520 KB SRAM and 2 MB of external PSRAM
  • UART, SPI, I2C, PWM, ADC and DAC interfaces
  • Works with OV2640 and OV7670 cameras; TF card support; several sleep modes
  • Wi-Fi setup through Smart Config or AirKiss
  • Options: the ESP32-CAM with or without an OV2640 camera, ESP32-CAM downloader boards including USB-C versions and a CAM-MB with antenna, and an ESP-32S option

Add a downloader option if you don't already have a way to upload code to the board.
