About this part

A closed-loop driver for NEMA 17 stepper motors, offered as a replacement for the MKS SERVO42C. A standard stepper setup runs open loop, so the controller can't tell when the motor skips. A closed-loop driver works from feedback on the motor's position, which helps prevent lost steps on CNC machines and 3D printers.
