About this part

The TB6600 is a single-axis stepper motor driver for CNC engraving machines and other motion projects. It takes pulse signals from a controller and drives two-phase or four-phase stepper motors in NEMA 17, 23 and 34 sizes (42, 57 and 86 mm), with 4, 6 or 8 wires.

  • 9V to 40V DC supply, up to 4.0A output current
  • Eight selectable current settings
  • Six microstep modes, up to 32 microsteps
  • High-speed optically isolated inputs with a common-anode pulse interface
  • Semi-automatic current lock to save power, plus over-temperature and overcurrent protection
  • Semi-enclosed case

Each driver runs one motor, so set its output current to suit that motor before powering up.
