About this part

A TPS63020-based buck-boost power module that steps a battery or USB supply up or down to a steady 3.3V, 4.2V or 5V with low output ripple. It's made for microcontrollers such as STM32, ESP32 and 51-series chips running from a battery or USB.

  • Input: 1.8 to 5.5V DC
  • Output: 3.3V, 4.2V or 5V by option, selectable with jumper pads
  • Current at 3.7V input: 1.3A at 3.3V, 1A at 4.2V, 0.9A at 5V
  • Switching: about 2.4MHz, with normal and power-saving modes
  • Board: red output LED and large pads on a 2.54mm pitch

Use the power-saving mode in battery-powered builds to stretch run time.

Supplier description

Provided by the supplier. Our shipping, returns and support terms apply.

This module adopts TI lifting voltage special chip TPS63020 lifting voltage program, the output ripple is low, stable performance, switching frequency is up to 2.4MHZ, the majority of cases of the output current is greater than 900ma, to provide a variety of output versions of 3.3V, 4.2V and 5V, is very suitable for a variety of 3.3V 5V microcontroller using the carps battery as well as the USB for the power supply occasions, the same module The module also has two modes for users to choose: normal operation mode and power saving mode. The module is a typical step-up/down structure, with input voltage range of 1.8-5.5V and output current up to 5V, which can meet the power supply requirements of STM32, ESP32, 51 microcontrollers and other models. The module contains a red LED output indicator, and supports power-saving modes to increase the battery life of the input devices. Input Voltage: DC 1.8-5.5V Output Current: 3.3V@1.3A / 4.2V@1A / 5V@0.9A(3.7V input) Output Voltage: DC 3.3/4.2/5V Switching Frequency: Approx. 2.4MHZ Regulation: Jumper pad selection, 3.3/4.2/5V Module interface: large area pad (2.54mm pin)
